How to Find Your Phone Usage Summary for the Current Year (Android)

Hey guys, if you want to know how much time you’ve spent on your mobile phone this year, here’s how you can find out!

By default, Android does not have a built-in app to show this report. However, you can download an app from the Play Store.

The app is called "Time Wise Year Wrapper".

Steps to Use the App:

1. Install the App
   Download and install the app from the Play Store.

2. Grant Permissions
   When you open the app for the first time, it will ask for some permissions. You can grant them to allow the app to track your phone usage.

3. View Your Usage Data

   • Open the app again after granting permissions.
   • It will display your most-used app of the year at the top.
   • Swipe to see the top 5 most-used apps.
   • At the bottom, click "System Apps" to view the top 5 system apps and their usage in hours.

4. See Your Total Usage

   • Swipe further to see your total phone usage in hours for the year.
   • The app will also display your average daily usage.
