1) First, see if whatsapp Open supported links are enabled or disabled. Please allow it if it isn't already allowed.

2) On your mobile device, open any browser. Type wa.me/+91 followed by the number you wish to send a Whatsapp message to in the search bar.

3) After you've completed typing, simply press the go button on your keyboard.  It will take you to a Whatsapp website.

4)  On that page, you'll find a Chat on whatsapp with 'entered mobile number  and Continue to Chat button.
